Our samplers offer an assortment of ways to enjoy our sushi-grade wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon.  All include ready-to-prepare whole filets with a cedar grilling plank, and ready-to-eat smoked salmon.


Small Sampler:

  • one cedar plank
  • one whole filet
  • half a pound of traditional smoked salmon (assorted 2 to 8 oz. packages)
  • half a pound of nova-style smoked salmon (two 4 oz. packages)

Medium Sampler:

  • one cedar plank
  • one whole filet
  • one pound of traditional smoked salmon (assorted 2 to 8 oz. packages)
  • two pounds of nova-style smoked salmon (eight 4 oz. packages)

Large Sampler:

  • one cedar plank
  • two whole filets
  • two pounds of traditional smoked salmon (assorted 2 to 8 oz. packages)
  • three pounds of nova-style smoked salmon (twelve 4 oz. packages)

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS:
    5" x 15" Western Red Cedar Grilling Plank:

    100% natural and sustainably sourced from the Pacific Northwest, this plank will keep the grill clean, provide indirect cooking to protect salmon tenderness, present attractively, and impart a mild smoked flavor. For an easy, delicious preparation method, simply pre-soak, grill, and serve!

    Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon - Whole Filet:
    Boneless, skin-on-one-side, sushi-grade -- these are the filets you know and love from our 10 or 20 lb. salmon shares.  Whole filets come frozen, individually vacuum-packaged, and weighing between 1-2 lbs each.

    Traditional Hot-Smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon:
    This traditional smoked salmon is achieved by brining, portioning and hot-smoking our boneless, sushi-grade wild Alaskan sockeye filets. "Hot-smoked" is not a flavor; it simply means that carefully controlled heat was used in the smoking process to achieve tender, flaky salmon with a distinct smoky flavor that pairs well with wine, cheese, salad and more.  

    Comes frozen, in ready-to-eat vacuum-packaged portions of varying sizes ranging between 2 and 8 ounces each. Custom smoked by a nationally award winning local smokehouse.

    Ingredients: wild Alaskan sockeye salmon (fish), dark brown sugar, sea salt, natural wood smoke (contains no nitrates or preservatives)

    Refrigeration: Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 38°F or below for safety. Once opened, use within 4 days.

    Nova-Style Cold-Smoked Wild Alaskan Salmon:
    This melt in your mouth, sliced Nova is achieved by brining, skinning and cold-smoking our boneless, sushi-grade wild Alaskan sockeye filets to achieve a delicate, subtle flavor and texture that is versatile and well-suited to any meal of the day.

    Comes frozen, thinly-sliced with skin removed, on a serving board, in ready-to-eat 4 ounce vacuum-packages. Custom smoked by a nationally award winning local smokehouse.
