 About the Nova Style Smoked Wild Alaskan Sockeye

This melt in your mouth, sliced Nova is achieved by brining, skinning and cold-smoking our boneless, sushi-grade wild Alaskan sockeye filets to achieve a delicate, subtle flavor and texture that is versatile and well-suited to any meal of the day.

Comes frozen, thinly-sliced with skin removed, on a serving board, in ready-to-eat 4 ounce vacuum-packages. Custom smoked by a nationally award winning smokehouse.

About the Traditional Smoked Wild Alaskan Sockeye

This traditional smoked salmon is achieved by brining, portioning and hot-smoking our boneless, sushi-grade wild Alaskan sockeye filets. "Hot-smoked" is not a flavor/spiciness; it simply means that carefully controlled heat was used in the smoking process to achieve tender, flaky salmon with a distinct smoky flavor that pairs well with wine, cheese, salad and more.   

Comes frozen, in ready-to-eat vacuum-packaged portions of 4-6 ounces each. Custom smoked by a nationally award winning smokehouse.

Ingredients: wild Alaskan sockeye salmon (fish), organic dark brown sugar, sea salt, natural wood smoke (contains no nitrates or preservatives)

Refrigeration: Keep frozen. Thaw under refrigeration. Once thawed, keep refrigerated at 38°F or below for safety. Once opened, use within 4 days.

    • Deliveries occur on Mondays (excluding holidays). No need to be home - just leave out a cooler and we will use dry ice as necessary.
    • If you are located outside of the Billings/Laurel delivery area, we have pickup locations in Laurel and Billings. Just email us at billings@eatwildsalmon.com to coordinate where you'd like to pickup your order. Orders can be picked up 6 days/week at either of our convenient pickup locations.
    • Delivery is free for orders of $99+

    Be sure to use the recipient’s address when providing delivery information. Please note that order and delivery confirmation emails will be sent to the email address used to place the order.

    • If no one is home to receive the order, and a cooler is not accessible for us to leave your order, your order will not be delivered until the following Monday. In the event that this occurs, you will be charged a $10 delivery fee.
    • We are not liable for orders that are stolen from your premises.
